It was a dark night. The palace was silent. Life was good for the king and queen other than the fact that they where terribly worried about their new daughter. Earlier in the year, the kingdom's queen was deathly sick. There was said to be a witch who lived in the woods that possessed an object of great power, it could heal anything. So, the king set out to find it. He brought his whole army with him. They searched high and low until they came across a cottage with a small garden. The searched the gardens. "This way!" One of the men said. The king followed. The cam to a large Rapunzel plant. Underneath was a small glass tube with the object in it. The object had no name but it light up like a part of the sun was kept in a jar. The king and his guards ran back to the castle. They poured the object into the queen's water. She drank it and was immediately healed. The king told the queen about finding it under a large Rapunzel plant, and from that moment, they decided to name their daughter Rapunzel. She would be a 'hidden" gift.
Months past, the mail carrier ran up to the king and queen's bedroom. He handed them a letter. It said it was from the witch, Gothel.

Here is some more of Snow's story. :)
As if reading her thoughts, Marien said, “So, are you going to marry that young prince of yours one day?”
“What?” Snow asked.
“You know, that prince of yours, that you going running off into the forest with all the time. I see it from up here, you aren't very good at hiding it, but I think I'm the only one who knows,” Marien said happily, her old voice still sweet.
“Oh, no, you are mistaken. William is no prince. He's only a village boy, I could never marry him, I mean, princesses and peasants can't be together,” Snow said, realizing it for the first time. She had never thought about marriage before, however, she was just about old enough to marry. Most girls were married when they were about fifteen. Snow still felt like a child. Marien clucked her tongue, making atsk, tsk, tsk noise.
“I never said he was a prince. I know a village boy when I see one,” said Marien, “ I said he was your prince. I had my own prince once too, you know. He is waiting for me in heaven now, but he will have to wait a little longer.” Marien sighed with joy in memories and of grief.
“I- I don't understand,” Snow said.
“You will,” Marien sighed, “but remember, never let anything interfere with true love, not even you being a princess. Now, get on your night gown, it is far past your bedtime.”

Hey guys! I'm the third writer. I am currently working on a retelling of Cinderella which will act as a sequel for the book McKenzie and I wrote, but, as of now, isn't posted. Anyway, here's a sneak peek of Heart of Glass.
He insisted I call him Papa, which I didn't mind doing at all. We lived together happily for a long time, but he always seemed a bit lonely. I figured it was probably because he missed his wife, who had been taken by Typhoid Fever many years before.
One day, however, I came home from a walk to find Papa looking happier than he had in a long time. When I asked, he told me he was engaged to a lovely woman who had two beautiful daughters. As soon as I heard this, I understood his happiness: the missing piece in his heart had finally been recovered .
I was glad for papa, but I needed to know one thing before I could have my share of gladness. "Papa?" I asked. "Yes, love?" He responded. I I took a deep breath. "Will I still be your little girl?" He wrapped his arms around me. "Oh, Ella. Of course you will."
Enjoy! -Jordan

from a book that I'm writing on my own called, "I Don't Want To Loose You"
December 16, 4014
It all started on April 23, 4012. This is my story, I am a survivor. I am the last one now. I don't know if there are others out there, or if they will one day find this, but I am writing this in hopes that someone will find this and use it as a tool. As a memory and lesson from the pain of the greatest war ever known in history. I don't know if I will make it through this winter, but if I do, I will search for someone, anyone else. I am Fawn Calik, this is what the Great War did to me.

This is a scene from snow white's story.
Finally, the sun set and the king sang a song about the sun and the stars to Snow. He tucked her in and left the room quietly. After he was gone, and the candle lights in the hall were blown out, Snow opened her eyes. She tiptoed over to her huge window and opened the curtains. Moon light flooded onto the floor. She gazed out into the forest. The tops of the trees were painted in silver star light. Snow smiled and looked up into the sky. The stars glimmered and shone down on her. Snow shifted her gaze to the northern star. Suddenly a streak of light stretched across the night sky. Snow gasped in delight at the shooting star. She bit her lip and closed her eyes tightly. She wished for the one thing that she had never had. William had told her that he had one. Snow wanted a mother.

Hey guys! It's Mikelle! I've been working on a new story called "Music." Here's a sneak peak! comment if you want more!
Dear, Music,
How have you been? Good! That's great! I'm just writing to give a warning. You see, you are special. Too special for the human species to know so early. All I need is for you to turn yourself into me and no one will be harmed. If you hide from me your entire kingdom will suffer. I'm sorry to put so much pressure on you, at such a young age too. I just want to help you and your people. I promise that you'll be in good hands. Choose wisely. Hope to see you in your old bedroom quite soon!

In the day when the sun shines
and the sky is blue and bright
I will be here by your side
to keep you safe and hold you tight
in the night when the stars show
and the sky is dark and full
I will be here by your side
to dance with you, little Snow
I will love you, says the sun
for now and always, say the stars
your are my girl, I will say
little Snow, my darling child
by: McKenzie Stewart this is a song that Snow White's dad sings to her each night. It will be in my retelling of Snow White. More coming on its way
